Room Addition and Wrap-around Porch

More room for living and storage was the goal. The new wrap-around porch adds outdoor living space, while the addition to the back of the house added a bedroom, bathroom, expanded the existing family room, and added needed closets along the new hallway. Besides adding nice exterior space, the covered porch served to integrate the additiona to the original home for a nice cohesive look.

I vacuumed the whole upstairs tonight for the first time and it takes a lot longer with the new addition! I want to tell you how pleased we are with the new addition and the way you made our dreams and plans for expanded living space become a reality. I love the windows and how they make the room so spacious and light as if the view out the back is a huge mural. I think you and Frank did a first rate job in building the addition. We had heard how building projects so often turn into nightmares – we felt blessed that ours was pain free.
